🔁 Return & Exchange Policy
At Sky Fox Silver, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges under the conditions below.
✅ Returns
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging
- Include the order number and proof of purchase
- Contact us before sending any item back
Return shipping costs:
- If the item is defective or incorrect, we cover return shipping
- If returning for personal reasons (e.g., changed mind), return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
Non-returnable items: Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.
🔄 Exchanges
We accept exchanges for items of equal or lesser value within 30 days of delivery.
If you wish to exchange an item, contact us at info@skyfoxsilver.com with your order number and the item you wish to exchange.
💌 How to Start a Return or Exchange
Please email us at info@skyfoxsilver.com with the subject line "Return Request – Order #[YourOrderNumber]". We’ll provide you with further instructions, including the return address.
Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. We are not responsible for returned items lost in transit.
